YO-MOTION combines movement activities, dance, improvisation, music, storytelling and games with yoga breathing and poses (asanas) to energize the body, bringing physical health and mental well being...all in a fun-filled, non-competitive atmosphere. The one-hour class includes a new inspirational original story each week, often with children's participation. YO-MOTION ends with a brief relaxation usingf visualization and calming breaths to help children transtion back to their classrooms or homes.
